On a standard PC with Windows compatible sound device and a 20GB hard drive, SoundEyes records more than 1 year of archives (mono - voice quality). It allows to play without stopping the recording.

SoundEyes Audio Recorder

• Audio recording from 8Khz to 44Khz mono or stereo.
• Analogic or digital audio sources, or IP audio streams (net radio, ...)
• Up to 32 channels per PC, upgradable to hundred channels using network link.
• Sound compression at constant rate is parametrable and can be desactivated (up to X35.)
• Starts recording manually or automatically on signal detection. Manual stop or on blank detection. Quality can be modified at any time without any cut.
• At storage saturation, SoundEyes stops or makes an automatic replacement of oldest records (FIFO). All the features of storage (number of days of recording, size of free space on hard disk) can be modified.
• Each event is logged to a database Player allows complex researches and users flags .
• Automatic restarting on powersupply failure.
• Each channel can be saved to disk or streamed via IP
